A change in mental status,
Cyanosis of the lips and / or nails,
Cool, clammy skin,

Treatment for this includes:
Securing the airway,
Administering high-flow oxygen,
Controlling external bleeding,
Keeping the patient warm,
Possibly elevating the legs,
and,
Transporting promptly.
